Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

When will I receive my order?

Orders received by 2pm will usually be dispatched that day. Weekend orders will be posted the next working day.

Most UK orders within 2 working days, Royal Mail always aim to deliver within 3 days. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us.

All international orders are fully tracked and insured. 

International and European customers will receive a email with their tracking numbers usually the day after we pack and dispatch the order. Please note the tracking URL can take up to 48 hours to go live.

European orders are normally received in 4-7 working days, please allow 12 before contacting us.

USA / Canada / Rest of the World orders are normally received within 7-14 working days, please allow 21 working days before contacting us.

I have a design that I think you’d like?

Can I stock High Dive Apparel in my shop?

We have been popular amongst tattoo parlours, skate shops and motorcycle cafes, so if you are interested in stock High Dive Apparel, get in touch with us via email (hello@highdiveapparel.com), Instagram or the ‘Contact Us’ form, we’d love to hear from you.

Returns and Exchanges

We expect you to be 100% satisfied with the top quality products from High Dive. If you are not, then items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at hello@highdiveapparel.com to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact. We advise all returning items be sent via a trackable shipping service with your name/ email associated with your order included in the package to prevent any delays in your refund /exchange.
